The Agricultural Corporate Partnership of Thessaloniki, with the distinctive title EASTH, and the Consejo de la DOP Arroz de Valencia, in the framework of the European Program “Information and Promotion Actions aimed at highlighting the sustainable aspect of rice production in Greece and Spain” with the distinctive EU RICE title, participated in the International FoodExpo Greece Exhibition held at the Metropolitan Expo, in Athens, March 12-14. The chef Food Ambassador, Dina Nikolaou, made lenten rice pudding for the visitors of the kiosk.
Also, the European Rice produced in Greece and Spain, participated in the Mediterranean Gastronomy Forum of the exhibition on 13/3, in order to introduce the public to the secrets of rice, as a key ingredient of modern gastronomy! Chef Dina Nikolaou was there too, with Chef Alexandris Efstathios and Spanish Chef Fenollar Tomas Ruben.
The Minister of Rural Development Mr. Georgantas and the Minister of Finance Mr. Staikouras were present at the stand of the exhibition and were informed about the actions of the program by the representatives of EASTH.
