The Masterclass on European Rice produced in Valencia, 2025 was successfully completed

The Masterclass entitled: “European Rice from Valencia, between tradition and innovation”, organised by DOP Rice of Valencia. The event was hosted at the Moya Hotel, in the Landete area of Cuenca, and attracted European rice lovers.

Participants had the opportunity to learn more about the quality and specificity of European rice with a Protected Designation of Origin from Valencia, taste creative recipes and watch live cooking demonstrations by distinguished chefs.

The Masterclass was a unique experience that highlighted Valencia’s tradition and its connection with contemporary gastronomic trends. Thank you to everyone who participated!
