A training seminar was held by European Rice, on November 1st, 2021 within the European program entitled “Actions to inform and promote sustainable rice production in Greece and Spain” at the Meli-Rodi restaurant in Thessaloniki.
Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the contribution of rice cultivation to the preservation of wetlands, participate in the process of preparing dishes, and to taste recipes based on rice.
