Seminar at “Mushroom” restaurant, Thessaloniki, March 2022

A training seminar was held by European Rice, on March 28, 2022 in the framework of the European program entitled “Actions to inform and promote sustainable rice production in Greece and Spain” at the restaurant Manitari in Thessaloniki.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the contribution of rice cultivation to the preservation of wetlands and to taste recipes based on rice.
