The Agricultural Partnership of Thessaloniki (EASTH) and the Consejo Regulador de la DOP Arroz de Valencia (CRAV), attended the SALÓN GOURMETS exhibition in Madrid, from 25 to 28 April. Its aim was to inform visitors about the sustainability, safety and quality of rice production in Europe. During the exhibition the guests had the opportunity to taste unique recipes made with rice from Greece and Spain.
The Food Ambassadors of the program, Chef Ruben Fenollar Tomas and chef Ricardo Camarena, cooked unique rice-based recipes for the distinguished public, which included representatives of the Economic and Commercial Affairs office and the Greek Embassy in Madrid. EASTH and CRAV members from Greece and Spain were there to share with the participants their passion for everyone’s favorite product, EU RICE.
