On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Camino Vicente Baldoví, El Palmar (València), the DOP Arroz de Valencia successfully held the seminar titled: “Rice of Valencia as an Example of the Sustainable Advantages of Rice Cultivation in the Natural Park of Albufera.”
Participants had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the unique method of rice cultivation in Valencia, within an ecosystem that harmoniously combines agriculture and nature. During the seminar, sustainable practices implemented in the region were presented, along with the importance of water management and the role of the Albufera Natural Park in preserving biodiversity.
The event served as a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge and highlight the connection between tradition, innovation, and sustainable agriculture.
