On Monday, November 21, European Rice was at the Culinary & Cookery club, for a Hands on Cooking Seminar. The participants had the opportunity to cook and taste unique dishes based on meso-sperm Greek Rice. Chef Instructors Yannis Zografos and Papadopoulos Sotiris welcomed the audience and cooked together special dishes such as “Rice meatballs with seafood, roe, herbs and shellfish sauce”.
