A training seminar was held by European Rice, on December 13, 2021, in the framework of the European program entitled “Actions for information and promotion of sustainable rice production in Greece and Spain” at the restaurant Agioli in Thessaloniki.
Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the contribution of rice cultivation to the preservation of wetlands and to taste recipes based on rice.
