Seminar at the Culinary Center “Mathimata Mageirikis”, Athens, October, 2021

A training seminar was held by European Rice, on October 25, 2021 as part of the European program entitled “Actions to inform and promote sustainable rice production in Greece and Spain” at the Culinary Center and Cookery Club Cooking Classes in Athens.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the contribution of rice cultivation to the preservation of wetlands and to taste recipes based on rice.
