In the context of the promotion of European rice, a special cooking Masterclass was held on December 9, 2024, at the Experimental S.A.E.K. of Macedonia Tourism (“Xenia – Helios” Hotel, Peria Beach). Rice Ambassador, Dina Nikolaou, shared her secrets for creating unique rice dishes, offering a three-hour experience full of flavors and aromas.
The guests had the opportunity to watch the cooking process step by step, taste the creations of the well-known chef and discover the versatility and quality of European rice produced in Greece and Spain.
The Masterclass was a celebration of gastronomy, with the aim of highlighting rice as a key ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine. Many thanks to everyone who participated and made this day unforgettable!
