The Agricultural Partnership of Thessaloniki (EASTH) and the Consejo Regulador de la DOP Arroz de Valencia (CRAV) organized a unique cooking Masterclass on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Akadimia art restaurant (Ag. Mina 3, Thessaloniki).
Rice Ambassador, Dina Nicolaou, delivered an impressive three-hour course full of inspiration and flavors,
creating three delicious dishes with meso-sperm Greek rice. The attendees had the opportunity to watch the preparation of the dishes step by step and try the special recipes, which highlighted the unique quality and taste of European rice.
The event highlighted the importance of rice in Mediterranean cuisine,
while offering the participants a culinary experience that combined knowledge, creativity and excellent raw materials. Thank you to those who participated and made this day special!
