As part of the program to inform and promote European rice produced in Greece and Spain, a Masterclass on cooking authentic Spanish paella was held on December 14, 2023 by Santos Ruiz Alvarez with Albufera rice. The Masterclass took place at the Maiami Seafood Restaurant in Kalamaria. The guests had the special honor of tasting unique creations and living a special culinary experience!
