The EU Rice Festival was held with great success on September 20 and 21, 2025, on the beach of Thessaloniki, next to the statue of Alexander the Great. Visitors had the opportunity to learn about the sustainability, safety, and quality of European rice production, which unites Greece and Spain. Distinguished chefs, including Rice Ambassador Dina Nikolaou, cooked unique recipes, while Kostis Zafeirakis enthusiastically presented the program.
