On June 17 & 18, 2025, a targeted educational trip took place in Albufera with the aim of providing in-depth information to journalists and opinion leaders on sustainable rice cultivation. Participants had the opportunity to experience first-hand a unique agro-ecosystem, where food production coexists harmoniously with the protection of biodiversity and water resources.
Through visits to rice fields, expert presentations, and discussions with producers, modern practices were highlighted that reduce environmental impact, enhance efficiency, and ensure the quality of the final product. The trip proved to be a valuable experience of knowledge exchange and dialogue, underscoring the role of responsible agriculture in the transition toward a more sustainable agri-food future.
