The Agricultural Partnership of Thessaloniki, with the distinctive title of EASTH, and the Consejo Regulador de la DOP Arroz de Valencia (CRAV), recently held a 3-hour training seminar in a tasting event with unique dishes prepared with semi-grain Greek rice.
The event took place on Wednesday 15 March at IEK Homer and our guests had the privilege of learning from the talented Chef Instructor Mr. Thomas Starida. The chef shared his expertise and tips on cooking rice. The attendees also had the opportunity to taste the delicious dishes prepared with the rice varieties presented.
