The Agricultural Partnership of Thessaloniki, under the distinctive title of EASTH, and the Consejo Regulador de la DOP Arroz de Valencia (CRAV), recently hosted a 3-hour training seminar and tasting event featuring unique dishes made with semi-grain Greek rice.
The event took place on Tuesday, 07/03/2023, at IEK LAGADA (1st km. Lagada – Chrysayi, Lagadas), and our guests had the special honor of learning from the talented Chef Instructor Smyrnakos Ioannidis and Pastry Chef Ioannis Emmanuel, who shared their expertise and tips for cooking with rice. Attendees also had the opportunity to taste the delicious dishes made with the featured rice varieties.
