Key highlights from the Masterclass “Rice and Landscape: A Reflection on Sustainability” by DOP Rice of Valencia, held at DNA Dénia on Sunday, September 28, 2025. With the contribution of Carolina Álvarez, Quique Dacosta and Santos Ruiz, the event became a fertile space for the exchange of knowledge and ideas around the relationship between rice, the natural landscape, gastronomy, and sustainable agri-food production. Through cooking, the values of quality, tradition, and environmental responsibility that define Valencia rice were brought to the forefront.
