In the framework of the European program entitled “Actions to Inform and Promote Sustainable Rice Production in Greece and Spain” training seminars were organized on February 14, 2022, at the Centro de Turismo (CDT) in Valencia.
Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the contribution of rice cultivation to the preservation of wetlands, to prepare and taste recipes based on rice.
