The seminar of DOP Rice of Valencia entitled “Rice and Place: A Reflection on Sustainability through Cooking” was successfully held on Monday, December 1, 2025.
The event took place at Camino Vicente Baldoví, in El Palmar, Valencia, highlighting the close connection between rice, place, local gastronomy, and sustainable agri-food production. Through cooking as a means of expression and reflection, a meaningful dialogue developed around sustainability, cultural heritage, and the future of rice cultivation.
