Highlights from the Seminar, in ACYRE, Madrid, February 21st

On February 21, the Denomination of Orgen Arroz de Valencia moved to Madrid, to the headquarters of Acyre Madrid Ángel García, executive chef of Quique Dacosta and Santos Ruiz, have made a tour of the tradition and the Vanguard of Valencian rice.
