A very interesting cooking seminar “starring” European Rice, was organized on Monday, January 31st, and on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2022 at the “Culinary Center and Cookery Club” in Athens! The chef instructor Nikos Makrimichalos trained the apprentice chefs in the correct use of medium graing rice in traditional and creative recipes!
