On January 26-28, the EURice program participated in Madrid Fusion 2026 with the aim of informing visitors about the sustainable cultivation of European rice.
Throughout the exhibition, creative recipes featuring rice were presented, demonstrating how quality, tradition, and innovation can coexist on the same plate.
