A special gastronomic experience was experienced by those who attended the Masterclass on Cooking European Rice grown in Greece and Spain, at Cooking Workshop Consulting, in Thessaloniki, on Friday 25 November. Our guests had the privilege to taste the unique creations of the Rice Ambassador of the program, chef Dina Nicolaou. Some of the distinctive and colorful dishes served were “Green Pilaf with spinach pesto”, “Orange Pilaf with pumpkin” and “Red Pilaf with beetroot and buffalo cream”.
