The Agricultural Partnership of Thessaloniki, with the distinctive title of EASTH, and the Consejo Regulador de la DOP Arroz de Valencia (CRAV), recently held a 3-hour training seminar in a tasting event with unique dishes prepared with semi-grain Greek rice.
The event took place on Wednesday, 15 March, at the Akamatra restaurant in Larissa. Our guests had the privilege to taste the unique dishes of Culinary Expert Smaragda Makri, which were based on semolina rice!
